Sarah Boltwala-Mesina, CFA

Sarah Boltwala-Mesina is a Senior Associate at Cortland Valuation Group, Inc. and provides services for valuation and financial analysis of partnership interests, business interests, and financial instruments. These analyses are prepared for a variety of purposes, including mergers and acquisitions, litigation support, tax-related issues, and financial reporting requirements.

Ms. Boltwala-Mesina was formerly a Senior Associate at Caliber Advisors, Inc. focusing on valuation for financial reporting. Ms. Boltwala-Mesina has worked on lease-revenue and land-secured bond financings for the City of San Diego Treasurer’s office, and began her career as a research analyst in the mutual fund industry in India. She has also worked in the corporate finance industry as a budgeting and forecasting analyst. Sarah is the founder and Executive Director of Inika Small Earth, a nonprofit focused on supporting decentralized, community based solutions for the circular economy.

Ms. Boltwala-Mesina graduated with honors from the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame in 2001, earning a master’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in finance and investments. She graduated with a master’s degree in natural resources from Virginia Tech in 2015. She completed her bachelor’s degree in commerce and economics at Mumbai University, India. Ms. Boltwala-Mesina earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation from the CFA Institute in 2004.
