Courtney Sousa is Operations Manager for Cortland Valuation Group, Inc. She reports directly to the National Operations Director and assists in the day-to-day operations of the firm.
Ms. Sousa has several years’ experience as a legal assistant and accounting assistant at a well-respected firm San Diego, California. She assisted litigation attorneys in all phases of lawsuits, from filing through trial, as well as mediations and arbitrations. She also assisted the Controller with processing invoices, reconciling expenses, and more.
Ms. Sousa has a Bachelor of Business Administration with a specialization in marketing and management from Point Loma Nazarene University.
