Mr. Nelson has over twenty years of professional experience in complex consulting matters involving business valuation, economic analysis and financial analysis. His experience includes: business valuation, mergers and acquisitions, forensic accounting & investigations, business interruption, due diligence, and litigation support. Todd is also a Certified Valuation Analyst and a member of the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts. Mr. Nelson earned his MBA in Finance from the University of Maryland and a BS in Quantitative Business Analysis from Penn State University.
