Christine Song, CFA

Christine Song has fifteen years of professional experience in matters involving valuation, financial analysis, business due diligence and economic forecasting. She has analyzed companies of varying sizes in a variety of industries in matters of revenue forecasting, cost estimation, cost of capital, and business valuation. Among her expertise include financial modeling; financial statement analysis; market/competitor analysis; and capital structure analysis.

Her work has encompassed a wide range of industries, including but not limited to: pharmaceuticals, health care, medical products, software, food services, automotive, financial services, information technology, telecommunications, and industrials. Ms. Song’s professional experience has been in the financial services industry with companies including Morgan Stanley, Chartwell Investment Partners and Daruma Capital. She also founded Songbird Asset Management, an investment advisory firm located in Washington, DC.

Ms. Song’s educational background includes a Bachelor’s and Master of Business Administration degree from Cornell University. She holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the CFA Institute and CFA Society of Washington, DC.
